1. Our Commitment to Student & Child Privacy

AchievEdge E-Learning ("AchievEdge", "we", "our", or "us"), owned and operated by EIBO SERVICES PVT LTD, is committed to safeguarding the personal data and privacy rights of students (Classes 1–12) and their parents or guardians across India.

We strictly comply with applicable Indian privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

2. Verifiable Parental Consent for Minors

As our educational services are designed for school-aged children, any student account registration requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. During registration, guardian contact details (name, email, mobile phone) and a 4-digit Parent Security PIN are established.

Parents retain complete authority to inspect, review, rectify, or request deletion of their child's academic records and personal details at any time through the integrated Parent/Guardian Mode.

3. Information We Collect and Why

• Account Identifiers: Student name, email address, password hash (salted using BCRYPT), class (1–12), education board, medium of instruction, and school name.
• Guardian Information: Parent name, mobile number, relationship type, and parent security PIN.
• Academic Diagnostics: Test attempts, marks scored, question response choices, time taken per question, error logs in Mistake Notebook, and streak records.
• AI Interaction Logs: Queries submitted to Edgie AI Tutor and Homework Assistant, retained to maintain conversation context and monitor child safety.
• Transaction Records: Razorpay/PayU payment order IDs, subscription receipts, and credit ledger logs. We never store credit or debit card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials.

4. Zero Third-Party Advertising & No Commercial Profiling

We strictly do not display third-party advertisements on AchievEdge, nor do we sell, rent, or lease student information or academic performance data to advertisers, data brokers, or external commercial profiling entities. Student data is utilized exclusively to provide personalized diagnostic revision, exam readiness insights, and homework assistance.

5. AI Processing & Server-Side Security

All communication with OpenAI GPT models is conducted server-side via encrypted HTTPS calls from our PHP backend. Personal identifiers (such as student names, addresses, or phone numbers) are stripped from academic prompts before transmission. External AI providers do not use our API submissions to train foundation models.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Parents may request the permanent deletion of their child's account and associated test history at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer or writing to privacy@achievedge.in. Data is securely deleted within 30 days of verification, subject to mandatory tax retention regulations for payment receipts.
