1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AchievEdge E-Learning platform, progressive web application (PWA), and official website at https://achievedge.in, operated by EIBO SERVICES PVT LTD ("the Company"). By registering an account or accessing the platform, you (or your parent/guardian on your behalf) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts & Guardian Verification

Student accounts for minors must be registered with accurate academic information (Class 1–12, Education Board, and school) and guardian authorization.

• Users must maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and Parent Security PINs.
• Account sharing outside the immediate family unit or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false information or attempting to breach platform security.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, user interfaces, branding, logos, vectors (including the "Edgie" AI companion), question items, explanations, Exam Readiness algorithms, and visual designs are the proprietary intellectual property of EIBO SERVICES PVT LTD or its authorized licensors. No content may be copied, scraped, distributed, or reverse engineered without explicit written authorization.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Coin Wallet

Subscription plans provide defined allowances of tests, practice questions, and AI queries. Unused monthly allowances do not accumulate across billing cycles.

Learning Coins are micro-credit utility tokens for on-demand practice and have no cash value. Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU) in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

5. Educational Diagnostic Disclaimer

AchievEdge is an educational diagnostic and revision tool. While extensive historical testing demonstrates significant grade improvements (up to 30%) with consistent practice, the Company does not guarantee specific examination results, board ranks, or admission outcomes.

Exam Readiness projections are mathematical estimations derived from student practice data and should be used as guidance, not certainty.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
